Seventeen Dollars

Now days Seventeen Dollars ($17) doesn’t buy you a whole lot in this weak economy. Seventeen dollars can buy you and your spouse two tickets to a movie theater, one good steak at a nice restaurant (not including the tip) or about 5 gallons of gasoline for your car.

The above are just a few examples of what seventeen dollars ($17) can buy you and they may be great, but they do not provide you peace of mind for you and/or your family.

Okay, I know what you are thinking and that’s fine. You are probably asking yourself what is Dave trying to sell me now, right?

LegalShield FamilyWell, how about peace of mind so that you and your family can live your life worry-free,every day, every night, now and forever.

Today you don’t receive a lot of value for only $17, but let me share with you what we feel is the Best Under-Priced Product on the Market Today!!!

Many of you know that we represent LegalShield, but do you truly understand the value of this wonderful service?

For as low as ONLY $17 per month, LegalShield gives you the ability to talk to an attorney on any matter without worrying about high hourly costs. For one flat monthly fee, you can access legal advice, no matter how traumatic or trivial the issue. That’s why under the protection of LegalShield you and your family can live your life worry-free, every day, every night, now and forever.

The most common response I get when I talk to someone about our service is “I’ve never had to use an attorney in the past and I don’t see that I will need to in the future.” That’s okay and I appreciate where this person is coming from. After all, they have never been taught to think like wealthy people such as Donald Trump and they don’t understand the benefits of having legal counsel at their disposal.

Ask yourself this question. Have you ever thought that talking to an attorney might better your outcome no matter how traumatic or trivial the issue may be?

Imagine being able to pick up the phone and call on an UNLIMITED matters to an attorney who specializes in the area of your concern and not get a bill for that information. Would that be a great service? You bet it would be!

Imagine having an attorney write letters and make phone calls on your behalf if they feel it would better your outcome. Would that be a great service? You bet it would be and it is! As a matter of fact, this part alone has saved us over $1,000.

Imagine having UNLIMITED contacts & documents reviewed up to 10 pages before you ever sign your name on the dotted line. These documents could include cellular contacts, lease agreements, mortgage papers and etc… Don’t tell me that you never signed a contract that you didn’t fully understand, because I’ve done this myself. Would that be a great service alone? You bet it would be!

Now let’s just imagine you are one of the 7 out of 10 people that don’t have your Will, your Living Will or Healthcare Power of Attorney in place. Would it be in your best interest to have this done prior to dying or after? If you have loved ones, you owe it to them to be a responsible adult and have these things in place so they can understand your wishes or before probate takes 30% and decides what best for your loved ones after a 6 month wait.

Let’s just say you are driving in your car through another state or even your own state and the speed limit drops from 65mph to 45mph. Then you get the welcoming escort of the blue and red lights behind you. 20mph over the speed limit can be a healthy fine by itself and needless to say that you’ll probably have to appear in court and also do driving school. But let’s imagine this happens to you and your attorney represents you in court and gets the points taken off your record which keeps your insurance rates low no matter where you recieved the ticket. Would that be great benefit? Say YES!

I could go on and on about these great services you can get for only $17 per month like Trial Defense starting at 60 hours of an attorney’s time already pre-paid (and the hours increase every year up to 300 hrs.) if you are ever named in a Civil Suit, IRS (Income Removal System) Audit representation by a Tax Attorney when audit notice received plus if your audit goes to court, 25% member discount on all other matters, Online legal documents at your disposal and then you can have them reviewed at no extra charge and 24/7 Emergency Access for covered situations that happen to you or your family.

Top Legal ConcernsNow imagine that you were my attorney and I asked you to cover not only me, but my entire family for all these services I listed above. How much would you charge?

$17 per month? Of course not and I wouldn’t expect you too. You would be insane, but that’s why our service is the best and nobody does what we do PERIOD

What type of attorney do you get for only $17 per month? Well, because we have over 1.4 Million members across the USA and Canada, we pool these funds and in return, we make these services affordable to every single family. We have 40 years of experience servicing our members with over 4,500 AV-rated (meaning the best) attorneys nationwide working at our disposal.

If you don’t already have this great service, you need to start thinking like wealthy people while surrounding yourself with people who can help you protect your assets now and in the future!

What have you got to loose? It’s only a month to month plan.

Yes, $17 is amazing and it’s even more amazing to know if you had even a big family of ten (10), everyone is covered to that price. Name me just one other insurance company that wants you to actually use the plan and the price covers everyone!

If you’re doing marketing on the internet, getting a consultation this year to ensure that your websites and marketing materials are in compliance with new FTC regulations targeted very loosely at work-at-home opportunities that have requirements like a seven day waiting period before money is exchanged and providing not only names, but contact information of other people that have purchased your product or service. (being on either side of this last requirement is a concern, do you want your contact info given out like that? Does your current privacy policy promise that you are not going to do that?) Yes – it’s time to lawyer up.

      Nathalie,

Our attorney law firms handle immigration law as well. Basically this part of the service will fall under the member discount section of our plans which is a 25% discount off the provider law firms standard rate. Our attorneys are either AV or BV rated attorneys which means the best across the USA and Canada. On top of this, LegalShield acts like big brother working on your behalf making sure things are handled and addressed in the timely manner for our members. If you use a standard law firm for these matters and you have a dispute, your only recourse is to take it to the BBB or the Bar Association. With us, you get everything I mentioned above along with our Corporate office making sure you are served to the highest standards.

I guess the question is, if you were filling up your car with gasoline and the Premium Gas was $3.00/gal. while the Regular Gas was $4.00/gal., which pump would you fill up your car from? You made the right choice LegalShield! ;)

This is really a good deal. If I don’t have a group legal plan at work, I would definitely sign up and take advantage of this. I use our group legal plan from traffic tickets, wills, to whatever question I have with regards to immigration for my relatives. A legal plan like this is really, really valuable and like an insurance, one should include in their monthly budget. I definitely recommend this. I will keep this in mind once I move forward with my business and decide to be on my own.

      Nile,

I understand when you say it’s hard to schedule an appointment with certain attorneys. We don’t have that issue and they have to get back to us within 8 hours which is usually more like 1-2 hours.

Our one firm here in Florida is on an $800,000.00 retainer per month so who do you think their most important client is to them? We also have many Attorney Generals that have our services as well. They see the value and know that they couldn’t get this type of coverage even from their many contacts in the field.

Nile, let us know if we can help you with your future legal needs. We will be glad to help!

    Dave,
this is a remarkabel find. This out does the others that I have been involved with for so many years. The one thing is they never cost on payment and your done. This amount is on a monthly bases and other fees are added if you have to go to court and different legel documents that must be created.

All in all this matches some of the leading outfits we have been involved with. I love your article that makes everyone trust in lawyers again. The concept of grouping differnt representation action together is a key solid growth concept. One stop service is what this is all about.

Dave and(Dawn) you both are great mentors in our industry. You have all ways made it your mission to provide value in our lives and make choices to bring quality tools for us at great prices. Above all, you have given your readers and myself a starting point to complete all our due diligence with this awesome opportunity. Hi Dave and Dawn,

Truth is, I have never even heard of something like this before. Do you know how many hours of grief I went through when I got pulled over by a cop for “not stopping at the red light” even though the light was GREEN!

I looked for attorneys to handle this and at the end of the day I decided to go fight it myself because I simply couldn’t afford their fees. It’s ridiculous. Like I said I wasn’t in the market for a service like this, since I didn’t know it existed, but it surely sounds like something I may want to consider.

    Dave,

Thanks for the information. $17 is a small price to pay for ensuring one’s rights. Attorney’s fees are way to expensive and I am glad that there is legal shield to help us. I am aware that many people try to research online if they have any legal questions rather than speaking to an attorney whom they know will charge a price they cannot afford. With legal shield they can have access to an attorney at a very affordable price. Thank you!

  40. January 31st, 2012 at 23:00 | #47

    Dave,

You have explained very well the value of the benefits vs. the minor cost. I think I am just about ready to obtain this protection. It reminds me of the wise old adage, “Dig the well before you thirst.”

My wife and I call our partnership “The ProAction Team” (see http://ProActionTeam.com )
I like being proactive. “An ounce of prevention beats a pound of cure.”

One of the things I like best about what you described is the 24/7 phone access to legal help. It would be reassuring to know whom to call in an emergency situation — and to know that someone would answer. It is scary to think of a situation like what happened to one of our sons who could reach his attorney for several days, because his attorney had taken his father to the Mayo Clinic and was not answering voicemail messages.
