Marriage counseling absolutely can help many couples resolve their differences and have a successful marriage together.
marriage counseling san diego It's sad but true... over half the marriages in the Unites States today will end in divorce. In some cases it can be an amicable parting, but in all too many cases the anger and pain will keep families divided for decades. When looked at from the outside, there is usually a very visible reason why a marriage is failing. You just need the help to see it.

Hey Dawn! Great video! It's so true. If we work so hard to build a fortune, what good is it if we've destroyed the one thing most precious to us...our family relationships. I think everyone has some strife in their family from time to time, but it's important to realize that...underneath all of that...we love each other!

In all relationships, it is how we choose to feel that generates for us the experience of love. Where you cannot see love, put love, and you will find love. Perhaps someone in your family is waiting in pain and longing for you to take the first step towards them with arms out-stretched in love and forgiveness. Be that one for them.

Denise,
Thanks for your kind comments and for your support. A friend reminded me today that not everything is a little thing in family relationships but no matter the size of the problem, it is so important to let our love for each other and our desire to have long-term loving relationships be our guide to forgiveness. Like you said, love, understanding and nurturing are required and effective to provide strong and loving family relations.
Thanks so much for your retweet and share!

That can be more of an attention problem than a memory problem per se. If you don't attend to things you aren't going to encode them and certainly won't remember them. It could be a sign of an attention problem, but if it's only this area of your life and nothing else is affected then it's not.

Hi Dawn,

Thanks for the great message from your post and video. I think we all need to be reminded not to let the little things become big problems, and that we should all learn to forgive and forget and remember what is important to us ... our family relationships... and that all our relationships need love, understanding and nurturing.

Thanks again I will retweet it and share

Strong family relationship makes Healthy Society

A family in any society consists of an inherited group of people who are related with by birth or marriage. It is a relation between parents and children, relations between spouses or between grand parents and grandson.

I believe it is my only responsibility to improve MY self and how I deal with I cannot change my family members, only how I react to them. I am constantly improving myself, thus, rubs off into my relationships. It is when I try to change others and their responsibilities that I get into trouble.

Thanks Dawn for this great reminder that we're much happier when we don't sweat the small stuff. When we come from a place of understanding and forgiveness we become so much happier and at peace.

I've found that when we're able to maintain a positive attitude it tends to eventually rub off on those around us. Hopefully your good example of love and kindness will serve as an example to those in your family who don't quite "get it" yet.
