As  like most of you may already know, “Attraction Marketing” is a VERY SLOW process.  Yes, it’s a great and valuable process and one we think you should pursue, but it does not put a lot of money in our pocket today.  It is not a method that allows for quick money since the relationship is valued more than anything else.  To maintain that relationship, we cannot ask for the sale.  We must wait for our friends to know, like and trust us. So well as a matter of fact, that they just have to know what our business is and have to become a part of it.  How many times has this happen to you so far?  Once? Twice? More than five times?

Like we said, attraction marketing is a very slow process for most people to make money. Although, it will happen if you stay consistent and can wait for the big money to show.  Eventually this will happen if the relationships are built on a strong foundation and well-nurtured over time.  But again, that does not put money in our pockets today. Does it?

Another major flaw we have found with this attraction marketing method is (Video Below)that your business marketing approach is not easy to duplicate.  Now at first, most people don’t see that duplication was the core element that will build their business.  It took us the great wisdom of a gentleman by the name of Jeff Olsen who is also known as the “Millionaire Maker” and the author of the Slight Edge. If the man who has made over 100 millionaires says your system has to be simple so that everyone can do it, then you had better listen.  We may think that what we do on the internet is fairly easy, but that’s because most of us do it on a daily basis.  When you truly think about it, we all know that most people won’t do what we do online.  So there is no duplication and therefore, No Success.

So here we are! Doing our best to build an online or maybe offline business  or maybe doing it like we do with the hybrid (both online and offline) system. Working our business offline, through phone calls and face-to- face contact (3ft Rule), and working our business online by 1) continuing to use attraction marketing techniques for our future income and growth and 2) generating leads online to then take them offline to use our easy-to-duplicate system.  We do all this since we, like you we’re guessing, want money today as well as building the foundation for our steady stream of long-term money in the future.

Does any of this sound like you?  You use to do the offline “Old School” method and weren’t seeing any major result. Then you started your business online looking for all that fame and fortune that someone sold you, but you can’t ask for the sale. It feels like the Titanic, doesn’t it? It is incredibly hard to generate targeted leads and you have probably already exhausted your warm “uninterested” market and got a lot of rejection in the process.  Then online we have all been told to make ourselves appear as a guru’s and the people will be begging to join your business. Now that is if you ever tell what business you’re in before they join it under someone else. In the meantime on your way to guru status, you don’t want ask for the sale and jeopardize relationships. That being the case, you (like we were) are somewhat stuck in LIMBO land!

What is a poor boy or poor girl to do? Have you ever bought or thought of buying those dead end cheap leads? They don’t work PERIOD However, you will get pretty good at handling a lot more rejection in the process and that’s the major benefit you just got for spending all that money. Now if you were making some good money, you might be able to buy the good leads to solve your online/offline dilemma. Have you bought any of these? They are higher quality leads, but they still are not targeted leads.

When we truly decided to hit our goal in our primary business of $100,000.00 in the coming year, that is when we decided that at the current pace of leads/optins/friends/subscribers and etc… it wasn’t going to be enough. In order for us to achieve that  $100k goal, we determined that we needed to expose at least 34 people to our business. Trust me, it is still a numbers game and we know what works from past history.  How the heck were we going to have 34 people to call per day?  We started out with the exaggerated belief that we could do it by only the ways we already knew.  Well as you may have guessed, we weren’t making 34 calls per day, but we knew we had to.  (What is your real number of required exposures per day to create the income you want today?)

When looking for the answers, they always find you when you believe they will come.  Our answer came from our excellent upline leader and we can’t thank him enough for turning us on to this system.

I have to tell you about the first full scale annual convention that Dave and I went to in Dallas.  Our Company did not hold anything back for all 15,000 of us that filled the American Airlines Center.

The energy level of our Company leaders and all 15,000 associates was beyond compare.  You can be told what such an event is like, but until you are there for yourself, you really don’t have a clue.  The training you receive from the top leaders in that unique atmosphere will change and grow your business in profound ways.

Every person we met felt like a well-known longtime business associate.  It’s so nice to socialize with a great group of people that are going in the same direction we are going and are so willing to help us! Dave and I sure didn’t experience that in our old jobs.  I came to the strong realization that we’ve made the right decision when I was among 15,000 other people who made the same decision and don’t regret it for a minute.

Speaking of meeting great like-minded people at our Company convention, we met Nancy Burke Barr there in Dallas. Many of you who are in TSA know Mentor Mama very well.  We met her through TSA and then learned she was in our primary business as well.  She found us in Dallas and we enjoyed a dinner out filled with great conversation that benefited all three of us.  Here’s a video of this amazing in-person connection with Nancy Burke Barr in Dallas along with tidbits from the convention:

One portion of the convention that has so sealed my belief in our Company was the presentation by a panel of guest speakers.  The panel included eight dedicated attorneys from eight of the many top rated law firms that represent us, the members.  Each attorney shared how much they love representing our Company and its members and told many success stories they have created for the members  They also spoke on how they love being able to make customer service their main priority now rather than just focusing on billing more hours, but that wasn’t the best part.  The very very long standing ovation with claps and cheers of appreciation (and this occurred at least four times during their 45 minute presentation) that these lawyers received from all 15,000 associates and the Company’s leadership was the best part. (I didn’t think that reception could be matched until our Company founder came out later to give his address. Another incredibly deserved outpouring!)

We’ve only had our membership for a year, but we have called our attorneys about six times in that year and that made mine and Dave’s participation in this great bestowing of appreciation as sincere as it could be.  What each of these lawyers do in our closed-panel network of top-rated law firms for all 1.5 million members is truly amazing.

What I expected from going to this convention paled in comparison to what I actually received. So be sure you go to your company’s next convention.  Your belief level will soar through the roof and your commitment will reach to a lifetime!

It may be hard to believe, but this has enhanced our marriage and this has made us stronger knowing that we can trust each other at a deeper level. As a matter of fact, Dawn was on the phone last night with one of her other loves while I was working on the computer. Did it make me jealous? Not one bit! I was happy to see that she was enjoying herself and that she gets so much pleasure from it. Isn’t life supposed to be fun without caring what other people think of you?

Now that your mind is in the gutter and I got your attention, let me explain.

Our other lover is our network marketing company. In the world of social media and in real life, most of us treat our network marketing company like a Secret Lover. We keep it tucked away and hidden like we are ashamed of it.

I don’t know about you, but most people keep it in a closet or have it hidden behind the drapes so we don’t get caught! They don’t talk about it to their friends, family and neighbors because of what they might think. We know this to be a fact because that’s why most people try internet marketing now vs. the “Old School” methods.

So my question to you is, are you truly committed to this great industry or are you just playing it safe and trying to do most of it online to avoid being ridiculed by those people close to you. Trying to build your network marketing company totally online may ease some of the rejection and make you feel better, but it won’t make it easier in the end.

If you are doing 100% of your marketing with this approach, I hate to tell you that you will most likely never be successful in network marketing PERIOD

Sometimes it hard to hear the truth, but I would rather you know this now than see you waste the next 3-5 years failing and spending more money than you make!

Network Marketing has many facets and you have to understand all of them in order to successful in this industry.

Building relationships online is great for building leads, but it is very difficult to duplicate for most people. Not everyone is born to be an online marketer. The process can be very intimidating, time consuming and also very costly!

We came to this realization after studying this industry for awhile and finding out what works and what doesn’t work. If “Old School” methods don’t work, then why are there so many people that have made major fortunes doing this business that way for so many years?

If you’ve been part of the Tribe Syndication Association (TSA), you already know that we like to help others and share what we have learned.  Luckily for all of us, Dave likes to EXPAND what he’s learned before he shares it so he  can help even more people.  As you probably heard already, we were taught to create a tribe of five people for syndication.  Are there only five people in TSA?  Absolutely NOT!  There are many multiples of five people and it’s growing daily!  A tribe of over 130 people is amazingly more beneficial to all than a tribe of five.  We are all enjoying the fruits of Dave’s ambitions for TSA and he doesn’t quit thinking about ways to provide more value to YOU through TSA!

Now as Dave will often say, it’s the members of the TSA family that make it the great opportunity that it is and it’s the TSA family that deserves all the credit!   I agree wholeheartedly with that statement, but I know though that something has to be created before anything else can happen, right? So I am grateful to Dave for his ability and willingness to think outside of the box!  As a matter of fact, last night he was mentioning something else that he’s thinking about implementing to get all of you even more exposure!
