I just found out that this started in 2009 and now in November 2011 I have three years worth of fraudulent wages reported that the IRS is expecting payment for. Can you tell me what is the best type of attorney for this matter to sue the perpetrator and the employer that allowed this to happen in the first place. I live in Illinois and the theft occured in Tennessee. Do I obtain an attorney in my area or where the event happened? Any suggestions you can give would be appreciated. Thank you.
