Enjoying Life in Florida

Dawn and I (Dave) moved to Florida with our two girls Kerstin and Nikky in 2004. Back in Michigan we were both professionals working for someone else; putting in long hours, making good money but something was missing. The harder we worked, the more money we made, the more we seemed to get deeper in debt. Buying bigger houses, boats, cars and etc and then the government would take even more out in taxes. I know this because Dawn was a Certified Public Accountant and she would always bring up this topic. It was an endless cycle in which most Ameri cans are already trapped and can’t see how to escape.

Before our move, we researched endless business opportunities and decided to purchase a bicycle rental franchise. From here, we both decide d to quit our careers and move to the Sunshine State. What could be greater than renting unique bikes to people you meet from all over the world in destination areas that most people only dream of visiting? Well, it has its benefits but also its pitfalls. The hours are long, the pay is so-so, b ut you do get the tax breaks from owning your own business. Doing it all again, I wish we would have known about books written by Robert Kiyosaki like “Rich Dad Poor Dad” & “Cashflow Quadrants” and found a business like Network Marketing when we made that change in our lives. Needless to say, we still own the franchise with multiple locations; we are more financially literate and know that owning your own business for the Tax reasons alone is a MUST.

Just about the time we knew that we had to do something different to regain our previous economic lifestyle and to even have a comfortable retirement, our outdoor lighting contractor approached us to join his network marketing company.  So we anxiously began our network marketing career in the health and wellness industry.  We were taken in by the hype and the Mercedes we were sure to achieve.  Needless to say we lost about $4,000 and didn’t find anyone (the small 5%) who really wanted to build a business and create the financial freedom that we were striving for.

Next we searched for leaders on the internet who were marketing their network business strictly online and making a lot of money.  So our next network marketing company was a ground-floor health and wellness company, and our marketing and training were in online strategies.  Attraction marketing and social media were the online skills we learned and began to practice.  In the process of pursuing these methods and marketing our new state-of-the-art MLM, we began to discover the immense competition in the health and wellness industry.

We had found a new passion though. During our social media training, we learned about creating a tribe of five people to work together with to syndicate our internet content amongst their friends and connections.  This fairly small idea sparked a much bigger idea in Dave.  Why have a tribe of only five who don’t have an  organized way of syndicating your content?  Dave knew it would be so much more powerful and reach so many more people across the internet to have a system of syndication that would accommodate an unlimited number of people.  That was the birth of TSA, Tribe Syndication Association.  It is an evolving process that continues to grow and change.  It’s main purpose is to help others first and as Zig Ziglar says “help enough other people get what they want and you can have everything you want!”

Our efforts in creating a brand and presence for ourselves online, we were approached by a fellow internet marketer who introduced us to what is now our MLM for life.  It is not an unstable ground-floor opportunity, but a 38-year old well-established company with a real service that everyone should have.  At first we were unsure, but once we spent some time really looking at the business and the company leaders, we had found something that we could be very passionate about and undoubtedly create our financial freedom by joining this business.  The mission of our company’s founder is the give access to the legal system to everyone in North America and create more millionaires than any other company.  We happily joined him in this mission.

Another part of Dave and I’s story is our new and immense interest in our own personal development.  Over the last 2-1/2 years, we have learned from the best self-development mentors out there, like Jim Rohn, Tony Robbin, Zig Ziglar and Jeff Olsen to name a few.  The main lesson we now know is that our success or failure is entirely our responsibility, and that our level of personal development will determine our level of financial success.  We will continually work to get better every day.  If we hadn’t discovered network marketing, we likely would not have been introduced to the ultimate significance of developing ourselves.

Our message to you is: If you’re tired of living paycheck-to-payc heck, kno wing all your hard work is building someone ELSE’S bank account and the government’s and not your own, here is a way you can change all that and finally begin working toward the kind of life and lifestyle you’ve always dreamed of having.

Our own experience has shown u s that having a business of your own is by far the best way to get out of debt. Why are you working harder and harder only for our government to take 50% before you even get paid yourself. Don’t be like us and work 15 years in that pattern. Before it’s too late, gain control over your TIME and your FUTURE.

Unlike most, we were in a position to invest tens of thousands of dollars into our franchise. Fortunately for those that don’t have that type of capital, starting your own Home Based Network Marketing Business with us doesn’t require a lot of start-up capital. Beginning with a little investment and a lot of ambition, this could become the only source of incom e you’ll ever need, especially with the residual income that you create as well.
