I Love Larry Winget! This guy is direct, in your face, upfront and truthful about why people just don’t get it.

There’s noting complicated about his teaching, he just speaks the simple truth and believe it or not, most people don’t like hearing it. Meaning: Larry is a very entertaining speaker but he really makes you take a hard look at yourself rather than just using the positive thinking method that most motivational speakers teach.

If you really want to become a better person, a richer person, a smarter person or whatever type of person you want to become, then do it! Think about it. Nobody is going to do it other than you. So, if you want change, you have to change. PERIOD!

There aren’t too many “motivational” authors out there who will tell their readers to shut up and stop whining. But Larry Winget does not call himself a motivational speaker. In fact, he’s trademarked himself as “The World’s Only Irritational Speaker.”

So if you are rubbing crystals together, using the Law of Attraction in every part of your life and you don’t seem to be moving forward, then maybe you need to look in one other place to find the answers. YOU! It all comes back to you and your daily actions. Don’t get me wrong. I love using the law of attraction and it works for me whenever I really focus, but you also have to take action. Did you like the first four steps to Become the Richest person in your city from George Clason in The Richest Man in Babylon?  I hope you did because there are more steps to create wealth that are still as applicable today as in ancient times.

The Prerequisite – A burning desire to create wealth along with the willingness to take the required action steps.

Step 1 – Start your wallet or purse to fattening by with 10% of your earnings that is yours to keep.

Step 2 – Control your expenditures to live comfortably on the remaining 90%.

Step 3 – Make your gold (money) multiply by investing the 10%.

Jim Rohn had repeatedly recommended the book “The Richest Man in Babylon” by George Clason, written in 1926.  I can now say that I have read it and I’m so glad I did.  In one of Jim’s many audios, Challenge to Succeed, he says that only 3% of his audiences every go out and get the book and read it.  When I heard his comment again recently, I decided to join the 3% crowd by getting the book (a used one at a great price) and reading it.  It’s not a long book and its fun to read since it is written in the way they would have spoken in ancient times in Babylon.

Today I want to let you know the initial steps that were used by the Richest Man in Babylon that allowed him to become so very rich.  First though, I need to mention the prerequisite that I did not mention in my video.  That all important prerequisite is to have a burning desire to become rich and wealthy.  Without that, any set of steps will fail because the desire is not strong enough. Does anyone look at their Twitter Direct Messages (DM’s) anymore?  They are pretty much nothing but SPAM!

Once in a great while I’ll take a look at my DM’s to see what’s in there.  After going in and taking a look, I always think, why in the world did I just waste my time looking at those Direct Messages (DM’s) again.  There’s never anything in there but Spam or Auto Responder messages.  I shouldn’t say that 100% of DM’s are all that way, but I would say that over 90% of the one’s I receive are some form of SPAM.

Unfortunately the nice newbie’s to Twitter don’t understand this yet and they send a sincere message that most of us will never see.  Sorry about this New Users to Twitter!  Nothing personal, it’s just the way it is.

Can you build a HUGE network marketing organization only using online methods and strategies like Twitter, Facebook, Youtube and etc…? NO!

Why is that you ask? Well it wouldn’t be much of an article if that was the only answer. So let’s go a little further and I’ll explain why I said “NO!”

I see and hear it all over the place. “Old School Marketing Methods Don’t Work Anymore!” Waa, Waa, Waa.  Actually, I bought into these beliefs myself awhile back. It is true that nobody really wants to make a list of their Friends and Family but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t work. The truth is, it works and people are still making a ton of money using these methods. As a percentage of people in these businesses, more are still making larger sums of money using Old School methods vs. marketing online. Let me explain.

If you asked me last year if old school network marketing methods still worked in the industry my answer would definitely have been, NO! However, with all the information we have bombarding us today people have become more informed of scams and illegal programs. In short, everyone is a hundred times more skeptical now than anytime before. That being the case, we need to get in front of people building relationships in order to build something huge. Plus, you need to make the method so simple that ANYONE can do it.
